Welcome to Google Inc.'s dodgeball service ("dodgeball")! The Google Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use Google's services, including the dodgeball service. dodgeball is a service that helps you share information with the right people at the right time to help bring people together. We are hard at work getting that right and feel it's important that our users understand how we will share information about them.

• To use the dodgeball service, you must register for an account and provide some limited personal information including your name, email address, home city, gender, username, password and mobile phone information. In addition, you can fill out your online profile with more information about yourself. You can update this profile at any time.


• Your online profile and other information about you (friends, friends-of-friends, favorite venues, etc.) are accessible to other dodgeball users. Your friends and friends of friends will be able to see more information about you than other dodgeball uses who are not your friends. For example, on the xhtml version of dodgeball, your friends will be able to see your email address and mobile phone number. You can control how certain information is displayed by selectively choosing your friends or by editing your account preferences on our website at any time.


• By logging in to dodgeball on your mobile phone, you can broadcast your location or send messages, check for addresses and interact with other dodgeball users. Some messages are automatically sent when you check into the service. In addition, when you send an SMS message or text message, your phone number or email address is displayed to the recipient. dodgeball also recognizes you by your mobile phone number and/or email address and logs the information you send on our servers. • When you visit our site at www.dodgeball.com/mobile, we collect limited non-personally identifying information that your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your query and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. From time to time, we may send you service messages by SMS or email messages to notify you of changes to dodgeball.
